Celebrating 78 years of Vietnamese lawyer tradition (October 10, 1945 – October 10, 2023)

On October 10, 1945, President Ho Chi Minh signed Decree 46/SL on the organization of the Bar Association, marking the formation and development of the legal profession under the regulation of law in Vietnam.

In 2013, the Prime Minister issued Decision 149/QD-TTg naming October 10 every year as the Traditional Day of Vietnamese Lawyers.
